On last Saturday I went to Mansarovar to get the rent from my room in Kamothe. As it is June black clouds surrounded the sky making the atmosphere cool. I was waiting on Mansarovar Station for my cousin as he was coming by train. As I was waiting on the platform I was enjoying the cool breeze coming from the undeveloped scenic mountain side of the platform. Workers were covering the newly installed train Indicators with Plastic to prevent them from damaging in rain.
Kamothe can be seen both as Investment Opportunity as Well as Good place to Stay. I had purchased a flat in Kamothe in Jan 2010 at Rs. 2400 psft. and if current pricing is seen I am in Profit!

Main reason for massive price rise the Planned International Airport. Price have Sky rocketed after the news of the airport came and seem they would do so as the airport will be constructed and completed. It can be seen that the investment will pay of huge sum within next 10 years
CIDCO has even planned a metro rail project that has Kamothe as a Station
New Bus Stop have been created both on Mansarovar and Khandeshwar Station so that NMMT buses can ply in future adding to the public transportation of the area.
Kamothe A Nice Place to Stay
Kamothe is very close to Mumbai Pune Expressway. This makes Kamothe well connected. If you want to visit or go to any place in Maharashtra it is very convenient. Majority of Maharashtrians will find this useful as many a times they visit their native places.
Kamothe is serviced by both Khandeshwar and Mansarovar Station. And both Stations are at Walkable distances. So that people can choose the one nearby to their home. Mansarovar is approximately 30 mins away from Kurla Station
Infrastructure is planned to accommodate large population influx in the area. There is huge construction activity going on Kamothe. Also large number of buyers flock here daily to invest their money. This also has given rise to a large number of Real Estate Agents operating in the area. Also you can skip the agent and directly contact the builder if you want.
Roads in Kamothe are Wide and Well planned, a feature of a planned city. Trees on the both sides of road make walking a pleasant experience and also enhance the scenery of the area.
Currently a large number of auto rickshaws aid in commuter transport from station to major location in Kamothe. Rickshaws provide employment to the locals.
Kamothe currently has offices of all major banks making it an added advantage.
As Kamothe was previously a village a large number of temples can be found here. People here are very friendly. Major festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm here.
All places of Logix Blossom Zest Noida are well outfitted and floored definitely with wood made or stone floorings. Other way of life features contain work out, spa, spa, outside and within actions etc.
ReplyDeleteAs investment location, its a good node. But for living with family, as in shift base here permanently--- I would say it is not ideal place! Not yet!
ReplyDeleteNo buses, few rikshaws, no RTO, Police station is awaited, lack of openspaces... I believe that I made a mistake to shift base from Vashi to Kamothe. Especially for those whose offices are in Mumbai!
